All the time in magazines and on television, we hear about how miraculous Omega 3 Fish Oil is. I have taken it before many times and have learned to deal with the consequences of taking it on an empty stomach (fishy burps eew!) and the awful smell.
Quality Encapsulations sent me a bottle of their Omega 3 Soft gels to try out and I highly recommend using this brand's Fish Oil supplements.
They promise no fishy aftertaste and there was none. In fact if you sniff the bottle, it smells like citrus, not gross fish. A lot of their customers have been extremely happy with their bottle as well. If you are looking for a high quality fish oil supplement, I highly recommend this brand.
